Job specifications - Personal presentation at the GET IN SHAPE Ltd - At least one of these job training need to be completed:   - completed job training in the branches of sport, sport science or medical jobs (gym instructor, physiotherapist) - Certified Specialist for Fitness Matters - Completed training as a fitness trainer (eidg. Dipl. or 3 years of experiances) - certified personal trainer of educational institutes (such as Safs & Beta, Meridian Academy, LEAD, etc.) - comparable certificates from national or international educational institutes   1. personal PT presentation folder – what is your image? 2. Your price concept 3. Information regarding health check up incl. nonliability (questionnaire) 4. certificate of a recent course in first aid 5. list of a cooperative network on spot (doctor, physiotherapist, athletics, sports wear company etc.) 6. digital photo for the portrait in black and white 7. professional training equipment   - (blood pressure unit with pressure sleeve for upper arm) - machine for measuring heart rate - small training equipment like a mat, theraband and the like   8. conclusion of contract between Premium Personal Trainer and the PPT Club.At the ticking of the General Terms and Conditions or at the first personal meeting..   Items 1, 2, 3 can also be provided for by the agency.
